After an 6 month 'holiday' (on sale or return at a dealer), my F355 has come back home!

And I must say, after a weekend getting reacquainted, it is great to have it back.

Actually, I can better appreciate the power, the noise, and just how special the car is now that I've had a break. It is easy to take them for granted when you are around them all the time.

It's like having a new car again and it has cost me nothing!

    Robert.

A fantastic combo - a 355 and a 993! Thats certainly quite a few peoples 'ideal' garage on here...

Yup, I still have the 993 Targa- its a great car! Not the wailing extrovert that the 355 is, but infinitely more usable.

Tom, no, sadly your friend has not been in touch...

I would stress that this is an unplanned but not unwelcome situation, and one that is sadly not sustainable in the long term (especially when school fees become due in earnest!) but I'll enjoy it for the time being!

I just don't want to let the 355 go to the Trade- I'd rather keep it for the time being, let it depreciate a bit more and sell it direct to someone else in the future who's going to enjoy it.
