    Hey everyone, it's my first post, and my first Ferrari. Just arrived this afternoon, a 2006 430 F1 spider. I can't even describe how much fun it is! I have had fast cars for years, but once I drove my friend's 430, I knew I had to have one.

    Here are a few pics of the delivery this afternoon. The car was transported by Gran Turismo Motorsports, with a problem-free, on-time delivery.

    I also have to give a public thanks to Roberto Roselli at Roselli Foreign Car Repair in San Jose, who did the PPI and spent LOTS of time with me on the phone describing everything about the car and answering all of my questions.

    I am sure I will have lots of questions as I get to know the car, but for now, I just can't stop smiling...

    Thanks, everyone, for your replies. I can't wait to go out and drive it some more today. I am also planning to cap off the exhaust valves and see how I like that...

    I have definitely been having a blast with the car -- even more so after capping the exhaust valves! Here are a couple of pics of the festivities over the last couple of days.
    My car is now at the detail shop, for a really thorough polishing, Opti-Clear, and a clear bra. I have to be without it for the week, but I am traveling through Wednesday anyway ...
