I should be able to use all existing bolts and nuts from the old system without needing extras as Don did not include them with the exhaust, right??? Tell me its going to be a doddle as I'm waking up at 7am tomorrow and tried to put it on. ANy special tools required????? You reckon the bracket Don fabricate is good for the new system.

One TR without exhaust coming up tomorrow!!! :D :D :D

Its not difficult just fiddley, personally I would have gotten (and did get) new nuts and bolts for the fitment just in case the others are rusted on or summink. But no they dont supply them. Any problems tomorrow PM me.

Was trying to look up one of your old threads when you fitted your exhaust. Do you mean the number of bolts and nuts from the old system will be enough to fit the new system on? Could you please PM me your number if you don't mind or post some simple step to step instructions for me so I know where to start tomorrow, eg, removal of which parts first, then follow by what next and so on and so on...pleaseeeeee............Me not very bright and to be very honest, I'm trying this with my mechanic mate not around.....God bless me ..... :D :D :D

    Nae luck guys.

Took me ages to figure out how to remove the rear bumper and valence. Doesn't help with the limited tools I had and had to run to Halfords to buy bits and bobs. Worst of all, once bumpers and valance were off, could not get the bolts off the manifold. Only managed to remove one complete flange (some actually sheared off), the others were just spinning together with the nuts.....aarrrggghhhhhhhhh.....I'll try to grind off the bolts some other time as I'm away tomotrrow for about a week to 10 days!!!!! Doesn't help with bleeding knuckles and sore fingers......... :(
