Congratulations on a superbly styled car.

Wonderful choice - love that black, signature Boxer trim on the lower panels.

The previous owner removed the big yellow fogs....but I have them in the front compartment.

Thanks Peter....I'm looking forward to owning this car and all of its nuances, both good and bad.

Lets Play Fill in the Profile for him....

Lets see...From the look of the pictures, providing he took them near his house those trees, are not from the NE or NW of this country...Hmmm.
The Boxer has what appears to be old inspection stickers and old registration..actually looks like it might have come from NY...thats the way we mount the 2 inspect on left reg on right.
By the look of his Garage we have cars that apear to be sticker less, or maybe they mount on the passenger side...what states does that narrow down to.
There appears to be a heater in the garage for those crispy nights, cant be Florida.
There appears to be Brick outside the Garage doors.
    Cant be the SW.

    What else can we figure!

Is that a Euro model? What is the deal with the bumper strip on the front?
Not a big fan of the black lower half. Can it be painted red without diluting the worth of the car?

As I learn more about these wonderful cars, I hope to find out about the various bumper differences. All were Euro cars, and as far as the lower portion being black, I like it. I know some guys like to paint the lower portion, and that looks great too, but I like the historical aspect of these cars and like to keep things period correct.

I'll post some more pics tomorrow when I am off....

I like the black and thinks its a great looking car, welcome to the club! If you are able legally to convert back to euro it does improve the lines. I noticed the center wheel nuts are borrani's, should be a horse or spinner with a horse depending on market so I would say they are incorrect for the boxer - no offense, you just mentioned being period correct etc....Looks great, how about an interior shot?
