No not my wedding anniversary , cus I'm not that daft to go and do such a silly thing But the anniversary of buying my 308. With all the early doubt about being able to afford the maintenance on an old fezza , I must say the car hasn't really put a foot wrong over the last year. With the exception of needing a rear caliper rebuild I havent had any major issues with it. I actually did 8150 miles in the old girl , driving to events , going on organised drives and generally just letting off steam on a sunday afternoon. So credit has to go to the Ferrari engineers for building such a solid engine (and Steve W for looking after the servicing ) Its an absolute pleasure to drive , ok not the fastest car in the world , thats not the point I guess , the handling is awesome , but thats why its a ferrari and it has got to be ( I know I'm biased ) one of the sexiest cars to look at. I've never had any negative comments about the car , every where I go , young and old love it alike, people wind down there windows in traffic and give it the "lovely car mate " I'm still loving the car as much as the day I bought it , when I get up at half four on a morning and look through my kitchen into to the garage , it simply brings a smile to my face and the world becomes a better place to be . It was always a dream to own a Ferrari , long may it continue Dave
Now just find a gal to feel those emotions for---------and I would then dare say, "YOU BE LIVING LARGE". But till then - - you're still quite OK Happy Anni!!! I know what you're feeling. Cheers, Hank
