https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10154465987346857&id=24674986856 Since the London attack Saturday night, an estimated 241 Americans have died via gunshot inside the US. No one will ever interrupt a v vbroadcast here with a report on this or use the words "BREAKING NEWS." We accept it as normal that another 93 Americans will die today due to the 330 million guns in our homes. Nonetheless, our hearts go out to those families who lost loved ones in the U.K. Thank God the death toll wasn't higher because all the terrorists could get their hands on in London on Saturday were a few knives and a white Renault van. http://everytownresearch.org/gun-violence-by-the-numbers/
Bloody disgraceful... Gutless turds http://www.heraldsun.com.au/lifestyle/andrew-bolt-fights-back-after-masked-men-spray-him-with-liquid/news-story/39510af9888dd7e76f4e305f9bc915a2
Welcome to three days ago. Don't you have Foxtel? The Bolt Report / Paul Murray / even "Richo" should be compulsory viewing for anyone who has the ability to think and who's sick of the ABC / The Project etc.
I am never, ever using ANZ ever again. Every single step of the process of getting a mortgage through them has been absolutely awful, with the exception of the primary stage when they were willing to actually work with us even through we had changed the entity type of our business and therefore every other bank treated the business as brand new despite nothing except structure changing. Mere days before settlement they tell us about missing or incorrect paperwork, they also required that we have a CC through them for a specific deal, only now do they tell us that they couldn't process the application for no specified reason and we have apply again. Somehow a $3,700 "payment" was put into our construction loan, before construction begins, and I was told that this closed the loan off as it was in credit. I then requested them to find out where this payment was from and to re-open the account, they simply dumped the money into our cheque account with no explanation to remove the credit balance from the loan. I then call them again and try to tell them that we didn't make the payment and that I want to find out where it came from because I don't want it sitting in my account if it's not mine, they then tell us it's "surplus" amount from the settlement of the construction loan (which has not paid out 1 cent yet as we have bought the land but construction has, again, not yet commenced), but they from ANZ can't tell me why there's a "surplus", but he can tell me that the construction loan currently owes $1700. Of course, I again remind him that the construction has not begun and I want to know why it would owe money. He is from the mortgage area, but only the settlement team can tell me that and I should call them. I then strongly tell him that they'll be calling me as it's their problem to fix. Just every step has been awful, the second we can refinance we will.
They really were just the bank that were willing to work with us at the time, lesson learned. Next time I'll just call Wes.
My experience with ANZ(with whom I've been with for about 30 years up here),has mainly been exemplary. The let downs in the immediate past have been with the a:real estate agent,b:the vendors lawyers and c: the vendor.
I think you'll find that's probably because your brain is still operating in the 19th century. Try internet banking with different computer O.S. and see what happens..... So I'm reliably informed.
yep, I'm in the ANZ sucks camp - my late sister was a customer and trying to finalize her accounts with these creeps brought me to tears and finally I stood in the local branch and literally shouted for the manager to come out and face me. Total incompetence.
