it's a disgraceful profession. When administrators are called in, their first priority is to gouge every possible dollar of fees out of what's left of the company, charging hundreds of thousands of dollars for nothing more than basic accounting services.

As far as I'm concerned 'gender' is determined by DNA - whatever it says, that's what you are (and yes, there will problaby be some 'others' ). Sexuality is a whole other things and people can dress and bonk however they like but gender, in law, should be as DNA.
