Just as well - 2 hours from arrival to getting through security - bag scanners fuch'd ; 7-8 staff standing around apologising - if they'd just done manual checkin all would have been over in 30 mins - god I hate technology that doesn't work! We're less than 50 mins to departure and checkin is still open! Gunna be a long night...

OK, so I hate Apple and Microsoft, nothing new there, but they are behaving in a fraudulent manner when they have subscriptions you've never heard of or have used ONCE and then find out that on the anniversary of said subscription they auto bill (Microsoft charge $80 for internet gaming and Apple $12 for using "their" music , which I paid for, in itunes As I don't play with kids stuff (Apple or games) normally I resent this trickery which takes forever to get the money back and was done as a ONCE OFF process only to have it come back via the small print

This article caught my eye, due to the odd Ferrari photographed in the “background”. The caption read “Trump poses in front of luxury car”. Someone at Vanity Fair needs to look a little closer before they write their captions... https://apple.news/AyXSATm0jQbOWn8397bvq_w Image Unavailable, Please Login (And Trump is such a wanker if he thinks that’s an attractive car! Actually, he’s such a wanker. Period.) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
He speaks the truth as always I am so dreading hearing that whining voice of Bill Shorten for years to come
“In politics as in philosophy, my tenets are few and simple. The leading one of which, and indeed that which embraces most others, is to be honest and just ourselves and to exact it from others, meddling as little as possible in their affairs where our own are not involved. If this maxim was generally adopted, wars would cease and our swords would soon be converted into reap hooks and our harvests be more peaceful, abundant, and happy.” ― George Washington ‘Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power.” - Abraham Lincoln “The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived and dishonest – but the myth – persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic. Too often we hold fast to the clichés of our forebears. We subject all facts to a prefabricated set of interpretations. We enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.” - John F. Kennedy “Remember, remember always, that all of us, and you and I especially, are descended from immigrants and revolutionists.” ― Franklin D. Roosevelt "I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the *****. You can do anything." - Donald Trump Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
