I've owned this Burberry trench coat since a trip to London 15 years ago!

I've NEVER worn it, trench coats are cool, and I'll wear it as I head into cold cold weather.

I had a proper London Fog that served me from the mid '70’s up until I caught it on a door a couple of years ago and torn a great hole in it. Such great quality.

 

Never heard that term before, but I get it.

 

It was another quality trench coat brand - now a cheap equivalent is made in China.

 

Be rubbish now .

 

I had a similar experience with my London Fog trench - I bought mine in 1989 and was still in near immaculate condition until a few years ago. Wore it at least a dozen times each season.

 

As with mine, worn often, had patina but still in very good condition after near 50 years of use.

 

You will probably have yellow fingers when you wear it.
