Red Bull Racing's Mateschitz has confirmed DC to remain his driver in 2006.

Given the Ferrari engines, I now have to welcome DC into the greater Ferrari family. So no more bad mouthing DC from my part...

Anyone got anymore info on his private meeting with Max ? Seems it didn't go over too well with the others in GPDA.

Since leaving McL seems like he's become a bit of the Irvine of the times.

Well.... DC is just too easy to pick on as his remarks are always awkard. I guess that with Ferrari engines, 2006 is really really really going to be "his year"

I think DC and Red Bull have done a good job this year. They will be competitive with the Ferrari V8 engine next year. So DC might have a few more podium finishes.

The Red Bull RB2 is going to be a great car. Mark Smith (who worked for Renault in the past) will design the RB2.

I'm happy to see David staying for 1 more year. I wonder who will be 2th and 3rd driver: ....between Liuzzi, Klien and Speed.

Sadly Ferrari engines hasn't amounted to much this year :) Its the whole package that counts. So who knows who would be favoured in 2006?

Besides, does anyone know if RBR is going to Bridgestone next season?

From what I've heard DC was very critical of the 2008 regulations in a private talk with Mad Max, who then cancelled the GPDA meeting about the USGP FIAsco.

Yup, I start to like DC for speaking his mind. Refreshing. Should we start calling him Braveheart?
