    There's a tri-state campaign for click-it or ticket. ie Wear your seat belt...so lots of police.

    Passing through Franklin Lakes on a two-bit county road - a road block with like 6 cops stopping every car looking for seatbelts & child seats. Nothing like backing traffic up 1/4 mile at 4:00pm at a crazy-busy industrial park.

    I'm sooooo glad I'm not going through there at 5:00pm
