Winner gets a stale Oreo and a can of condensed milk that may or may not still be palatable. I'll start. My 1990 348TS has 65K miles on it.
Since the older cars have the advantage, wouldn't it make more sense to divide the mileage by the age of the car? My '98 has 57K on it, so it's somewhat close to Michael's '99.. but when you div it out with his being a year younger, it has seen significantly more action (although I've been trying! 14K in just 3 years of ownership!) My '98 : 57,000/18 = 3166.6/yr (repeating, of course... LEROY JENKINS!) tr512's 99: 66,000/17 = 4058.8/yr
You boys wont even come close. My buddies about to put his 98 355 GTS up for sale with around 227,000 Kms and it looks and drives like new How do we collect the prize! Image Unavailable, Please Login
I went on a drive last month with my friend Kevin Enderby. 200,000+ miles on his 308. He has 100K+ miles on his F430 And prize winner too! Kevin Enderby - 1984 Ferrari 308 GTS | San Luis Obispo Concours anybody beat 200K +? apologize ahead of time if this was just meant for 348/355. I thought this was inspiring for folks that say these cars can't rack up the miles!
I feel terrible as I have misinformed everyone.......its actually even more! Just checked and the cars on 243,000 Km which I estimate in old money as 151,000 miles. As you can see it's had a few pennies spent on it. Cheapest 355 in the UK by some margin Yours for £48,000 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
LHD so no good for you guys down South. Its a very practical, very usable 355, he has loved owning it, but as you can see its not done much work in the last few years so time for someone else to enjoy it. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/gw01gv5tsfhfpro/AAArRu9wQoq9KLZx_aodQSupa?dl=0
Thanks mate, definitely looks very nice. But you can also tell it's done some miles. But still in very nice condition for nearly 250,000 km on the clock. Thanks for sharing and I am sure he will have plenty of trouble selling it.
Yep the leather needs a feed and a few other jobs to get it pristine but at under half the price of a lower miles car to the same spec there would be plenty left in anyones budget that wants a 355 but has been priced out of the market here in the UK. Plus at least you know it's not been clocked! Its had a front end repaint and they never sorted the matt black behind the grille either, I think it looks quite nice like that though, but easily sorted.
Very good, it does look great but I would prefer matte black behind the front grille. But it's all good, I wish him all the best with the sale.
Not a gamer. I haven't heard that name for many years.....the reverend Leroy is from my hometown. A quick search and I find he is still "healing and stealing"! We ran him out a long time ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Px5sZyxFYc
