Does anyone have a reccomondation for a driving shoe that you can also walk around in and not look like you left your slippers on? My pedal box compares well to an old F1 car for size and only my old loafers are narrow enough.

.....love my pilotis. They are comfy and you do not have to look like a clown in bright red/puffly shoes.
I like the new model with the low cut sides and kind of a checkerboard lining. I got one as a gift from a board member and I have been hooked ever since. Thanks, Dan !

I've got a pair of Puma's and Sparco's. I like them both though the Puma may be a bit more stylish?

BTW, I used the Puma's last weekend at Skip Barber Racing School, where we drove the Formula Fords for 3 days, and the shoes worked very well in a small foot area.

I got some coach brand shoes at Bloomingdales. Not professional driving shoes, but narrow leather driving shoe types with that nice coach leather.

I don't like walking around too much in my real racing shoes. On track days that I don't need nomex, I wear Adidas wrestling shoes. They're cheap, small, comfy, and look a lot like black sneakers. Just another option... -m

Just got a pair of PILOTI Monacos yesterday, wore them for about an hour, and the feel great!!

I got a pair of these shoes from LL Bean a few years ago, and they've held up well, and are great to drive in.

    WWW.LLBEAN.COM ITEM # TA13352

And they're also comfortable to wear without socks! Price is great as well!!

Prada makes some incredible driving shoes in a number of styles. I have alot of track shoes (Momo, Simpson, No Fear, etc), but these Prada shoes are great for driving and walking around. Most comfortable shoes I have found.

    Ciao....Dino
