I've searched, but found nothing...355 vs 360?

    I am positive that there is a (probably many) thread on this, but I couldn't find it...sorry. Can someone point me to a thread that talks about the difference on maintenance between these cars.

    I am specifically looking at either a '99 355 coupe, 6K miles (asking $80K) or '99 360 coupe w/Tubi, 10K miles (asking$100K)...both 6-speeds, both just major service with records.

    Also, assuming both are in the same excellent condition, is $20K about right bewtween these two cars. I realize that may be an "unanswerable" question, but an opinions would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

    360 are less in maintenance than 355's assuming that both cars are sorted equally.

    355's need engine out for belt service whereas the 360 doesnt.

    clutch is easier to change on a 355

    prices you noted look about right
