    I was able to order a set from Wide World of Cars parts department. They're a Ferrari dealer in NY. They don't stock vintage parts, but they hunted down a third party supplier, ordered a few sets for inventory, and shipped one set to me. I don't recall the price, but it was reasonable (less than the Europe supplier I was looking at the time because there was no international shipping charge). They ordered a few sets because they wanted to have some in stock, but that was a long time ago so they may be gone now. You might want to give them a call if you're still looking.
