Is the tow eye supposed to be in the jack kit or tool kit?

Or do you have one welded on in the EU?

How about the spare bulb/fuse kit? Tool kit or jack kit?

We don't get the triangle reflector here in the US either.

Yes, spare bulb missing and belt & spark plug..........

 

The jack sets for 328/Mondial 3.2s do not have a pocket to hold the bulb box and spark plugs.

Belts can be in or not, depending if you want to carry these with you. As they are easily to get (and cheap) it can be added.

 

Any tow eye is always in the tool kit as far I know. A 328 toolkit does not (never) contain a tow eye.

328 jack kits should have the pocket for and of course the bulb holder, usually grey/black or green/black in colour. The pouch does not have the leather handle usually. Triangle is only for Euro cars, but not the pictured type it seems. Plus the belts, spark plugs and a red battery lifter.

 

NOT TRUE: as said by Piezo, the 328 jack bag definitively has a Pocket for the bulb box and two small one for the two spark plugs. The emergency triangle is usually a "Costaplastik". This one is also missing the battery lifting strap and the auxiliary belts.

There is no tow eye for 328s, because it would serve no purpose as the car (in all market versions) already has a steel ring (rather flimsy, I must say...) welded on a chassis bar in front of the right (passenger) front wheel.
