looks more like for a 308 QV?
a customer of mine bought such a car last year and exactly the same toolbox with this jack was inside the car
also with the box for the bulbs and fuses

    Good day Paul,

That bag looks like the one for my old 308 GT4 (Series II USA Model).

    Cheers,

    Sam

Makes sense, seems newer thank you. If it's the same as testarossa I have a home for it.

Would have a yellow jack and different wrench if it was for a carbureted car. The bag on the older cars don't have the inside pockets as far as I've seen.

Hey Paul, my former carb 308 had that pocket in the Jack roll. As you mentioned, the Jack itself was yellow though.

    Good day Paul,

You are right about the jack... but my jack bag had an inside pocket... and this was way back in 1981 and so it would have been too early to have had it replaced/swapped with a later car.

The wrench looks also to be the same, except that it was either all Silver or all Yellow Chromate in Color (I can't remember which).

    Cheers,

    Sam

Ratchet handle should be orange, as it is BETA -tool ratchet, I have one.

If you are referring to the correct ratchet for a Testarossa, that's not true--of many kits I have inspected as well as my own, the ratchet was consistently chrome plated and the manufacturer is USAG (as was the extension, the universal and the spark plug socket). Most of the kits I have seen are 1988 > so maybe that's true for the early TRs but I can say with confidence it was not the case for the later cars.

    Ok.
btw, factory pictures from era and for Testarossa, does show orange ratchet, but at the time Ferrari changed their tool provider to F1 and factory; From Beta to USAG. (huge leap from EVEREST tools they got to BB)
