    Based on other photos posted at xkdata.com, I would say no. The JDHT cert says nothing about the cars's current state of originality just how it left the factory.

    Also, the cert you posted is for a RHD convertible C-type (XK 120 C), the photos are of a LHD fixed head coupe.

    I've already seen several XK120 with kind of exhaust, both coupé and roadster.
    I've been told that there was some dealers specifications in the States.

    I will try to find other pictures.
