Could be first registration, I think this poor car is for about 10 years being pushed/pulled from dealer to dealer. Correction, first Pictures I have are from Feb 2005, also the the lock nut was at the same position as of now. That time she was for sale at Thiesen in Hamburg.
Raymond, if you buy a car from Beverly Hills Car Club you must count with that. Never buy a car from them if you are not ready to rebuild it completely. Their descriptions are far away from the reality and the pictures are always taken in a way that the cars look much better than they are. A prebuy inspection is necessary. I wanted this one because of its livery. I was ready to rebuild it, but I was also negatively surprised about the real condition. Fortunately, the chassis was straight, and the main sections were free of corrosion.

None, they are not the strongest but this is normal for cars of that decade. Else I'm unaware of any specific Jalpa brake issues, the calipers are standard like used in BMW, also the pads, only the rotors are specific. Which one was offered to you?
Some have had problems with the brake power booster, other than that I don't know of any particular issues with the brakes.
I purchased a Countach wing for my Silhouette and had it massaged to work. You might want to look at a Carbon Fiber wing, a few companies make them.
#369 has come out of hiding currently on BaT frustrating delivery story included in the photos https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1987-lamborghini-jalpa/
I was on ebay before, twice without any bids. Looks like a good opportunity for the Price. Sorry, my mistake, the car on ebay was the red HLA12389, this is HLA12369. Both car have been unknown since new.
BAT car results should be interesting, there seems to be more than 2 dozen jalpa, urraco cars for sale near the 100k mark that hasn't moved in the last couple years.
