    Flying into Long Beach tonight be in the area of the closures about 10. Wouldn't go near the area but have to drop off my son at UCLA. Traffic reports seem to not be accurate, conflicting. Anyone in the area tonight can comment on traffic? Considering 710 or 110 to the 10 then off at National or other to UCLA. From there going to Santa Barbara. Any help appreciated.

    Jamzilla is north of the Wilshire off ramp. Just use the 405 to Wilshire, then on the way out of UCLA take Sepulveda over the pass and pick up the 101N by the Sherman Oaks Galleria. I've done this 3 nights in a row as I leave UCLA med center.

    I agree with the above as well. Best route that i could find. Luckily jamzilla isnt as bad as expected.

    Don't feel bad. My house is right off Sepulveda Blvd in Sherman Oaks. Guess who gets all the traffic in their front yard when they close the freeway.

    While we were all contributing to this post, Jamzilla was already over and the freeway was fully opened.
