    Funny you say that...I was thinking it looks very very close to the F-35 except with two motors, and a seat in back.

    I remember seeing this piece of dog scrap on a media tour at Luke Field...nearly white...but was probably just light grey paint anyway.

    Honestly, I'm not sure the color matters. The current JSF is painted in the same greys as other fighters but is presumably some alien-derived stealth coating too. The technology is in the particulates that make up the paint. I'm not convinced they need to absorb light too and therefore be black to prove they are stealthy.

    Geez, that's the ugliest photo that I've seen yet of a very ugly airplane. I think that even if the Boeing airplane had been superior on merit, it still would have been rejected because the way it looked. Even the F-117 and A-10 aren't that ugly.
