Live timing says practice (I presume Saturday morning practice) is delayed because the medical helicopter is unable to fly because of the weather.

Hi Brian - Saturday practice has a 15 minute delay as the medical helicopter was unable to fly due to wx conditions and now another 15 minute hold due to poor visibility. Sitting here watching Shrek on TBS in HD - upteenth time I've seen it but always good - I like Donkey the best.

Hopefully things will get underway in due time.

    It's postponed now another :15.

Probably low clouds - some rain probable. Cars probably not anxious to get out anyway unless they anticipate this for quali.

    no problem Roy.

it's actually a bit early for quali and race here. it's only 1018 here, and quali's at 1300 hours here i think. normally, i'm pretty used to 1900-2000 hours of quali seassion in europe. almost forgot that this weekend's race is in japan.

here's a lap around Fuji with Hammi.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAQkMrVaZC0

the track seems smooth and not as demanding and agressive as Suzuka. that 'hairpin' i mentioned ealier seems to be like a normal corner in an F1 car...

Hope school's going well for you.

The photo of Alonso on Autosport today reminds me of Lord Farquar on Shrek.

Session abandoned with 5 minutes left. Should prove interesting for qualifying in a couple hours.

I'm going to make a prediction that Trulli will put that Toyota in the top 5-6.

Do you guys have a consensus as to what website is best for following the qualifying live? Is there anything better than the "Live Timing" on the f1.com site?
