The car is gorgeous except for the bolt-on-spoiler in the back (of course IMO).

I think it's far from fabulous. I don't like the rear wing and I don't like the front spoiler. Maybe the only nice thing about it, are the modified front air intakes.
    Stock F430 is much prettier.

Sorry guys. It's ruined. I think this is the ugliest F430 i've ever seen.

    Different strokes, right?

    Regards,

    Richard.

I would eliminate the rear wing; maybe the front wing also.

I don't see the point of changing it, stock F430 looks better than this IMO.

This looks excellent as a track car, not good as a street car. If it were simply for racing, it looks cool. As a street car, the stock look is much better.

Well I hate to trash on the thread starters nice post. But I don't think this is a good "track" system.

    1) The rear wing does not look like it's adustable and I would question the angle and sizing.

    2) The wheels are obviously heavy (and horrror of horrors .... it's unsprung weight <chuckle>) and more for show than go.

    3) The bodywork adds even more weight and I doubt it has a *significant* effect on downforce.

    4) The pipes look heavy and overly large.

As you noted .... for the "street" it's practically useless. Our cars sccrape enuff as it is.

Nope, i'd call this a Show Car for the XBox360 crowds. If that's your style .... cool. Celebrate diversity!

    Regards,

    Richard.

I just said it "looks" cool, I never said it'd actually be useful. :D

i never really did like the change in the front air intakes from the 360's to the 430's shark nose. Although i did think the 360's front air intakes needed a little somthing they just went a little overboard with the 430's. I think people will keep trying to make a good replacment but so far i think no ones got it right maybe slightly better then the cartoonish sharknose intakes of the regular f430 but still not just right. Any one agree with that?

I have seen this crap in so many different threads now... that red one with 20" wheels and ugly bolt on crap. When are people going to get it that Ferrari's are not Escalades and not to be messed with.

I say, each to his own, we all have different tastes here. I for one am not a fan of the rear wing and I think the front lip on the lower front bumper should not be protruding so much, but overall I like the kit. LOL I might be a bit biased though as my car is being built as the Fabulous 360 demo car right now, and it will be at SEMA at the Falken Tire booth. I feel the 360 kit they make is a bit more conservative and more to my taste, as for the wheels, the Denotore Mesh are a forged wheel weighing in at 26lbs for a 20" and the 19 X 9 is 21.6lbs in my opinion? that is preaty light for a forged wheel, and actually in comparison, the BBS LM 1 piece forged in a 19 X 8.5 ( a smaller width wheel mind you) weight in at 25.0 lbs, so the Fabulous apples to apples is 3.4lbs lighter each than the BBS LM and is .5" wider!!.

Also to note, there is quite a few race teams using their kit, some that come to mind are Cornes Racing, Forward Racing, as well as Fabulous races their own Ferrari's as well. I know I have some track pics around here somewhere..(digs around in pic file)

Just for the record, I believe the Fabulous Denotore Mesh are polished forged aluminum and clear coated, not chrome plated.
