    1) Air scoop underneath the bottom front end, it's bolt on it. It was an option, not always fitted, either on GT or GTS
    2) trunk cover = deck lid

Last sunday at "Château du Lac - Genval" a ***** Michelin suggestions, we had our last 2008 "meeting - dinner" just before winter : salted road & snow that weather forecasts schedule for tomorrow...

    Jarama GT #10126 is standing to mine #10528, we were only a few, 7 cars...4 Vintage + 1 Diablo SE30 & 2 Gallardo.

If someone passing by that place recognized it was Lamborghini standing out there, he might have concluded to : "not that much Lamborghini in Belgium, and there are more Vintage than new models..."

Winter is good to make some modifications, as I already did some stuffs before the October Italian trip, I plan to replace the ugly front oil radiator, by a more efficient one and will relocate it, I plan also to have back that front bottom air scoop (as I've already showed in a previous post).

Hoping I will have more time to update the Registry with all the infos collected this year...
    Ciao

    Very nice Olivier!

It's good to see the Belgium Lamborghini owners are more active since you founded the LCB.
I think you did a great job!

I also think there are a lot of mystery vintage Lamborghini's to discover in all little barns in Belgium.
we will see what will surface in the future. Kevin is keeping track of all Belgium cars now, as I do with all Lamborghini's from Holland.

Please tell me when you are starting with your Jarama Registry updates, I'm sure I have some info for you as well.

    Best regards,

    Your friend,
    Marcel

Hi Olivier, good to see the LCB is a nice mix between Vintage and new models.

Very nice pictures! Is there any specific reason why you’re blurring the registration plates. I know that in our country registration plates are linked to owners in stead of cars and they like their privacy but I don’t see why we’ve to blur something on a picture that’s taken at a public place.

I have traces for over 250 different Lamborghini’s with some Belgium history and as Marcel said, still a lot of cars to discover.

Kevin, one the rule in our LCB membership agreement is to respect "Privacy" - Belgian mentality doesn't like to show off as in some other countries where it is a "Must" or a self estimation/pride to do it...in our country, People's humility is much more relevant than in any other countries. I'm understanding them to be shy...or to avoid a Belgian fiscal authority/representative noting their license plate in order to make an inquiry about their yearly wages...or to avoid these "car jacking" network paying attention to their cars, you know already how these methods are so violent...I do, as I was a victim many years ago !!!

As a matter of fact, if one the LCB member is publishing pictures of our event he MUST hide license plate. Yes, these events are public, if a stranger/someone is publishing his pictures, he doesn't have to respect our LCB commitment...AS I'm President of LCB, I have to show the way to follow, and if I wasn't publishing these pics, nobody from the LCB will do it. So, it's better to have them published with hidden license plates...

    Philippe,
With a sense of humour (I prefer to be careful before to be burnt alive in public place...)...Should I answer you in this thread or should I provide you these infos in the "Miura thread" or "Joe's Miura thread" or in a new thread titled "Miura #3474" ???

Well, you asked me in this thread so let's answer to you : #3474 was built as a P400, nothing new for the ones who hold the VIN factory registry, but this one was upgraded later as P400 S by factory. At first it was sold blue metallic with skay & clothe in middle - mustard interior, sold new to Roma Lambo dealer "Carpanelli" on 22nd April 1968.

By the end of '90, my friend bought it in France, in a small location near the Belgian border : "Tourcoing".
#3474 was in a poor shape, in needs of a full restoration reason of his interest : rebuilt it as he wants to make it.

Before going further, I've to explain you that my friend - Antoine, was the 1st Lambo mechanic in Belgium from 1965 to 1972.
7 years of factory training (one week each quarter in Italy) on all models produced by that period...

Since he owns a Volvo dealership.

I've no intention to argue about his skill in Lambo matter...as he did the full restoration himself at his workshop.
It took him close to 6 years to make it alive, with an engine producing on a static dyno bench 404 hp/din.
I forgot to mention his 2 sons are racing skill mechanics, and they influenced engine rebuilt with non standard parts...everything is reworked, balanced, polished...this car is great, if you go back in "Joe's Miura thread", around July you will see pics of it by KC.

Antoine owns also the Diablo SE30 we have at LCB, and on the motorway side by side the Diablo can't take the Miura untill 240 kph...when he told me about power figures, yes I believe him, make yourself the ratio power/weight of the Diablo SE30 versus his Miura...
    Ciao,
    Olivier

#10016 is reported as black in Registry.
It may have been red earlier, but it was "Silver/blue interior" at delivery to Germany - Hubert Hahne, 18/12/70.

That would be great you share these pictures of the 5x Jarama in Sweden...and to update the Registry !

Few years there was a Diablo-owner who was tracking all Lambo’s in Sweden but there was never a Jarama on his list.

Nevertheless I’ve traces for 2 Jarama with some Swedish history:
    1. a white car with black interior from 1972 and owned in the mid-nineties by someone called Nilsson
    2. a dark blue S, was in Sweden in the early nineties, probably an automatic

Unfortunately I haven’t the VIN’s none pictures for these cars.

    Hey Magnus!

I had a Picture(Cant find it now)of a Silver/Black Jarama that was For sale in 1986 togheter with a Dark Green Metallic Miura. The Jarama had some scratches from Keys on the side. The Miura was Later Bought by Johan Helenius at Competition Motors Alunda. He still got it.Now red,and restored!
Also a Friend in The Music Business had a Red Metallic Jarama in 1982+a Espada. The Espada was in a Purple Metallic, originally Light Blue.It was for sale for about
14.000Euros back then.I wanted to Buy it!

Maybe Magnus Knows something about these Cars? The Purple Espada Was Serviced at AMK.Owner in Gustavsberg.

Yes it's offered by EmiliAnauto...Lambo dealer since early days : 75.000 euro fixed price, that's a new top asking price.
If it goes for that, it would be a new record...

Jarama deserves to raise its price (common trend following Islero) for what it costs to rebuilt them or to service them...same price as Islero, Miura or 350 & 400 GT...never forget for instance that are no more Miura SV than Jarama GTS : 150 units produced.
