"Jazz Cars"

On Fox 13 news tonight (Saturday) at 9:00 I saw an advertisement for a story on what kind of cars the Jazz drive. I saw at least one 430 Spyder and a Bentley.

 

I know Okur has a yellow F430. Boozer has a black F430 spider. I read that in an article a couple of weeks ago
in the Tribune or D-News.

 

AK drives a Bentley.

 

Sorry to anyone who missed it. The dang NASCAR race went on too long, it was red flagged and a couple of yellows and didn't finish until around 9:30 I think. So Fox did not air the segment and they apologized for it, maybe it'll show up on their website. But today was not all a loss, I spotted a Ferrari (posted in spotters thread).

 

I figured they wouldn't have it on. I still watched to make sure though. I checked their website but couldn't find anything.

Not to shabby... it appears that these guys were real when it came to their cars. To often you see things like this and people have borrowed cars to look good. Boozers 430 is nice... I had actually seen that car around and just never realized that it was Boozers. I always get to lost in the car to realize who is driving it.

 

After I watched this it made me think about something. I am 6'1 and obviously fit into a ferrari easily. However, I see a lot of threads about the difficulty of being 6'4 in a ferrari. If 6'9, 260 pound
Carlos Boozer and 6'11" Mehmet Okur fit in doesn't that mean anyone can fit in? I mean, Boozer looked just liked a regular guy in his ferrari. Well, of course he looked like a bad ass but that's irrelevant.

 

Boozer did have his knees in the dash in the video. I guess when you are that tall your knees are in the dash in anything you drive, so it might as well be a Ferrari!

 

I was at Steve Harris a couple months ago and there was a white 430 there in the service area. The salesman told me it was for a Jazz player, they had put some carbor fiber racing seats in it, and managed to push to seats back far enough for them to fit..
