Turns out the car needed a clutch Johnny the main mechanic told me (didn't write it in the ppi) after the fact that the clutch wear was 65% done.. I drove it home (1300 miles) was popping out of gear the whole time. Brought it in to a qualified Ferrari mechanic turns out the clutch wear (saw it on his laptop) was 98.6% wear. I would avoid JCM like the plague. I've given him numerous amounts of time to fix his mistake over 3 months I've had the car and he and his front desk girl jenn avoids my phone calls and doesn't call me back. I wrote this in another thread I just wanted to make sure everyone saw it! I spent a couple weeks trying to get a hold of them to rectify the problem I wanted some money back for some the work that he did for his mistake and he refused. Now he said he would email me back and call me to see what the situation is I've waited a week and I've heard nothing. So not only bad customer service and not willing to admit their mistake.
