There is a passing resemblance with Mel Brooks. lol

 

I noticed she didn’t thank him explicitly (as many do when receiving an award). I guess JT was lumped in with the general thanks to “my family.”

 

I was one of those who thought it was Mel Brooks, my wife insisted that it wasn't. She was right. Funny!

 

Short-Round didn't thank Spielburg either

NGL, he has had quite an interesting life! Rally Driver to head of Peugeot Sport to head of the Scuderia Ferrari during their most exciting years and then on to the FIA..

 

Was he a rally driver? I thought he concentrated only on navigating.

what a crazy duo. what do couples talk about when they go to dinner with them?

He actually started as a driver but realized soon he was a better co-driver. Who could have imagined that "our" Todt would be at the Oscars?

P.S. and Michelle Yeoh winning an Oscar was something quite unthinkable too.

I knew about Todt but my first thought was the same: looks just like Mel Brooks

I suppose; it's just a little incongrous to see a guy in a suit with a scarf when his wife is in a sleeveless gown, (Where do you put your scarf when you take it off? How do you decide when it's the right time to put it back on?)

 

One could say that the way women dress has stopped making sense long time ago.

They like to show bare shoulders, breast and legs even when it's cold; men are far more logical about the way they dress.
