    I haven't seen one before in WSJ like this.

    I saw it on Autoblog. They made a joke about this WSJ interview saying "he practically said more in one sitting than he has in 14 years as manager of the Scuderia."

    Funny...and true.

They have to learn. It takes a while to learn what Ferrari is and what the mentality behind buying a Ferrari is. We need more time with them."


    E.g., Ferrari must indoctrinate its newest customers into the service and parts pricing rituals. ;)
