Also. What's the drinking age in Canada. He claims to be 18, so if its like the States, that's another thing he can be charged for. The driver may be charged also, not sure if the Youtuber is the real camera guy or just trying to defend Gibby the Gopher.

16 yrs later my wife tells me the "water" found in my car was actually her ex-boyfriends piss. I laughed because he went to the trouble of putting an empty water bottle in the car as well. That what I get for leaving my windows open and stealing his girlfriend.
