Thanks for sharing Wolfgang! I really hope those Filipinetti 512s will come to Spa too. They're my favorites! Ciao, Peter p.s. has someone convinced Carlos Monteverde to repaint his SWB to its original colours again or is that a different SWB?
Absolutely great again Wolfgang! Damn', the amount of great stuff to see there is just amazing! Funny to see that when Tina is in your pics she's mostly busy with her camera It's obvious that there will be more great pics to see after the weekend...
Yes they are original. Ask Marcel, he knows all about them. The one with the Porsche windscreen is s/n 1022, using s/n 1032 (which was destroyed). It is one of two* Filipinetti specials (lower, Porsche windscreen). The other Filipinetti car at Hockenheim is a regular 512M with s/n 1050. They are owned by one person. Ciao, Peter *the other special is s/n 1048 which is in the US
Wouter, Peter: I can confirm that both are genuine and original. They are both owned by Marc Caveng of Geneva, Switzerland. 1050 is the ex-Prince Sanguzko car which Caveng acquired thru Jean Guikas on 29 September 1995. The other is 1022 (using 1032) which Marc Caveng acquired 6 June 1999 at the Appelboom Auction in Antwerp and it is the ex-J.P. van Rossem car. Here's a photo showing both cars in Marc's home in Geneva. On the left is 1022 and on the right 1050. COPYRIGHT MARCEL MASSINI Image Unavailable, Please Login
thanks for all these wonderful pics we only need the noise to be with you but as i was in nimes for the tour auto yesterday i kept the noise of the daytonas in my mind
Hi Wolfgang Nice pics! Now I don't have to resize my 1000 pics and post them But I guess that will be tomorrow. When Tina has posted her pics there are only af ew left for me Martin
I'm so in love with 512 BB LM's Saw those for the first time in my life last year during the Ferrari Days. I was just walking by when they were getting fired up. Couldn't see the cars anymore due the exhaust smoke Again, fantastic pics and thank you for sharing Wolfgang!
My Dear friend Wolfgang, I have absolutely no words to thank you properly for the unbelieveable tour we had together at Hockenheim on Friday, the wonderful Italian dinner downtown Schwetzingen on Friday evening and not least the incredible hospitality shown to us by all members of your lovely family! We really enjoyed every minute in your company all of you, and we would do it all over again anytime without hesitation, you know! We are already looking forward to our next excursion together with you and Anja, on the "Two-hour-drive-from-your-house-trip" I will be very happy and honoured to be your "Museum-guide" on that tour! Thanks again for everything Anja and Wolfgang, you are very special wonderful people to me and I love you with all my heart! Warm loving thoughts and our deepest respect to Jaqueline, Benny, Anja and You! ( this goes to Buddy assclown and Jeanie too of course ) Your's Tina and Carsten
You will hear the most wonderful sounds as soon as we have my video-clips uploaded in a few days! We also have some surprise "KILLER-Pics" up our sleeves to be posted soon!
@Alex: eeehh remember that every time you see me in one of Wolfies pics... he also took a pic... that means it's not only me But oh maaaannn , so many extremely great cars to shoot!!!!!!!!! @Roel: I'm sooo sorry !!! I didn't think much about checking my phone I will never forget again!!!! When I'm done with resizing and so on, I'll have about... maybe 500 pics! Quite a lot of the pics are almost the identical, as I wanted to be sure to have at least ONE that was good enough And we'll have at least 14 videoclips, if they are all good !!

Hmmm, those are some HOT pics, padner! I am GLAD someone remembered to bring the wooden board lumber to get the FXX OFF the truck....Imagine $1.8M and no one brought the 1 X 4"s!!! LOL! My wrecker guys have to do the same....... I remember Autoweek classified ad, for the Pioneer 512BBLM..........$275K, IIRC..........no one would give me the money...they said it was "collectible"....LOL!
