Anyone have any experience with the program? Interested in doing the 3 day race program. Have done the 3-day and 2-day advanced race schools with Skip Barber and looking to complete another step in the ladder.

Depends where - not necessarily "another step on the ladder" as its another race school similar to Skippy. If you go to Infineon, they do have the new cars though (CF Lola chassis, sequential GB) which are much better than the very old and crappy formula cars that you otherwise drive in these schools.

The next step is really doing some racing...

I agree racing is the next step, a good next step would be a Formula Mazda, fairly cheap to run and lots of racing opportunities SCCA and Molocule Formula Mazda series (which is just for Mazda's). But if you want to do the Russell cars they are great, I have driven the new and old Russell cars, the new cars are way more advanced than any other racing school cars out there. The motor is the weak point but the chassis is all F3 and has lots of downforce and lots of fun to drive.

Wonderful school, I've been through their advanced racing course several times and I've always been pleased with their instruction and track time. I've heard the new cars are great, too.

The new Lola constructed cars are terrific (I want to try the sports racers...) and the school is great.

Their race series is pretty good, too.

You've completed steps 1 and 2 of 3 required to go racing with Skip Barber. Maybe you should continue with them. Next with them would be a lapping session (step 3) and then I think you would be good to go for a race weekend.

I would suggest that where ever you did your 3Day and ADV2, you should also do your lapping session. That way you will be focused on solidifying what you learned in your schools, not learning a new track.

Of course, maybe you want to try a new system, Jim Russell.
