Well?? Is there anything we need to know that you haven't told us? OR should I say "S" there anything we need to know? Well?? Is there??? Oh, and this thread is useless without pix! D
Deal fell through. Ppi showed the passenger rear tire has 32 psi instead of recommended 30psi. Deal off
LOL. Well, now that you have asked, there is something I would like to share with the group. I promised I wouldn't tell but the weight of the secret it killing me. Joe Mac is actually bald. A few years ago he had his back shaved and the hair glued to the top of his head. Unfortunately, the glue is beginning to become brittle with age and, until he can get back to the Doctor, he is going to have to keep buying new Ferraris to distract us from his fast depleting afro. Whew, it feels good to just let it out. Oh, and I got a 2006 Boxster S CPO today My favorite color combo--Silver/Tan w/Blue Top. Here she is, she arrives in a couple of weeks from Porsche of Fort Myers: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nice car! I've only heard good things about those mid-engine Porsches. My neighbor has one. And a convertible just in time for Spring too!
Thanks! And thanks for all your help and input. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. You definitely had some great advice, which I relied upon to no small extent in choosing this car. Also, I owe you and Dave a big thank you for putting up with my OCD turned up to 11 over the last few weeks as I vacillated on what I wanted to do. I owe you both a lunch!
Really? I thought that Mondial was a sleeper? Zaff congrats on the purchase. I'm certain you'll love it for sure. Can't wait to see it.
lol I just told my wife about your purchase. I told her Zaff bought a porsche and her response was " a new one or something from like 1980 or so? " just damn near pissed myself.
Joe, it's actually a great daily driver all year round, although you have to put up with car getting pretty filthy during the winter months. I enjoy the experience of driving mine to work in both good and bad weather. You will, too. Congratulations.
I think the group is becoming Porsche chat instead of Ferrari chat. Seems like everyone is getting one now. Congratulations! I agree that it would be a great track car. We will have to do that some day soon.
Congrats Joe! I almost inquired on that car as I always have an eye out for Boxsters as well. Can't wait to see it out at C&C and YES, the track!
What are you kidding? Most guys get the dealer to toss in floor mats, Joe got the dealer to toss in a car bubble. DM Image Unavailable, Please Login
