I had hundreds of these back in the mid 90s and distributed them in Canada. They sell for about $100-$200 now depending who has one. Some of the older Jouef molds were reissued by Eagle's Race and available for $30.

I have seen the Eagles Race, The one I have is earlier that that. I am surprised they are going for that , but I guess it is a good thing.

Joeuf's was 1/18? Didn't Revell or some known company also do a nice 1/24 P4 diecast?

I believe Joeuf also did one in 1/43rd scale...(came in a black "Jewelry"-type box)

I had the Jouef 330 P4 (Red with Gold Wheels) when they first came out. The quality wasn't the best but they sure looked awesome! I wish I still had it. I also had the White/Blue and Gold Wheel 412P that Eagles Race made. I gave that one to Carbon McCoy a while back.

My memory is hazy as to which were which, but race versions of several teams were available at 1:18..green Piper version, yellow, the NART one and a couple of others.....several different red ones with race numbers. Then the plain 'street' version..

Can post later from home on all of them.....no idea on resale value...

I do have a 1/18 scale version, and a 1/24. I just do not remember who did the 1/24.

Jouef did the 330 P/412P, 250 GTO/64 in 1/43, 1/24 and 1/18. They also did the 288 GTO Evoluzione in 1/43 and 1/18. I'm not sure about the 250 GT SWB but I think they did that in 1/43 and 1/18.

Later they became Universal Hobbies/ Eagle.

    Best, Peter

Is it possible that Revell was somehow involved with Joeuf? I seem to remember the box of the 1/24 P4 did not say Joeuf, but something else. Its in storage, so I can not readily find it.

Yes, Revell was involved with Jouef. Don't ask me how the model car world of manufacturers works though.

I still have a 1/18th Jouef 330 P4 which I must have gotten over 15 years ago....Its pretty. I guess they have gone up in value alittle. I think back 15 years ago it was almost a hundred bucks though....
