    I finally took some pictures of my new ride. What an incredible car!!! Art on wheels!!When i sold my Ferrari and bought a MB SL 500 last year, I thought that I would be happy. The SL was a total disappointment. What was I thinking!! I missed the sound and the mystique of owing an Italian beauty. So i pulled the trigger 2 weeks ago. Still working on some issues with my dealer - missing second key, and tire repair kit.

    After selling my F348, i thought that the SL would satisfy my love for sports car, but I was wrong. I didn't have the same passion for the SL that I had for the 348. To me, it turned out to be just a car. When i had my 348, i would often say to my self - I have a Ferrari in my garage. not once did i ever think that about the SL. In the tri-state area, it seems that SLs are common. So it was time to sell it after driving the Maserati! The passion is back - I have a Maserati in my garage!!

    If you had a SL55 you might have liked it more, but still the Maser is a different experience, so I guess you found something better for you, and that's all that matters.

    Congrats! Maseratis are the best cars to enjoy in everyday life. I have a 550 Maranello now which is a great car, but it is a bit stressfull in a strange way, so it is not used that much. I miss those cold december mornings and all those happy small moments in everyday life :) The GranSport is super exclusive in its special way. And those rims is to die for!!

    The 348 is a great car but there is something about a Maserati and the ability to drive it everyday!!

    You have bought one of the most beautiful 2+2 GT's, imo THE MOST BEAUTIFUL modern GT, a future classic. Design, charisma, driving behavior, sound, engine - this car is unique in its kind. Congratulation!

    And never compare a Maserati with a Ferrari, different market position, different history, own character.

    Daniel - thanks for your comments. I cant wait for the snow and salt to go away so i can drive it!!! Also looking forward to seeing the Levante at the Geneva auto show next month.

    Oh, my that is gorgeous… Congratulations - and I bet Spring can't get here soon enough for you! Which dealer did you purchase from, Wide World of Cars?

    I've been looking at those a lot more temptingly lately, heard so many owners who are thrilled… I'm almost afraid if I try one, I'll have to make room for one.. and I don't want to let go of anything I have right now…

    I bought the car from Johan at Maserati of Bergen County. WWoC didn't have any used Maserati GTS when I bought my car. Good dealership and Johan is a stand up guy. Had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed on the car and Johan took car of it. Tell him that Lenny sent you!

    I am about to get my silver wheels painted the same color. I am not too keen on the silver wheels
