    it is his old ebay name and if you read the text of the listing, it is describing him.

    i know jrv has passed, it just seems strange that this was recently listed given the circumstances

    Wouldn't it make sense that his survivors/beneficiaries/executor/whatever might sell off what remaining stock from the business? Not too much a stretch to imagine that they would use the eBay store/account under which JRV had previously operated to liquidate that remaining stock.

    i sent an email and received no response. from my conversations with jr, he didn't have much in the way of family. his mother was also ill, and to my knowledge, other than some close friends, he had little in the way of next of kin.

    regardless, why would the listing talk about him in the first person. it just seems strange. like i said, i don't think there is anyhting corrupt about the auction. this is stuff jr had been selling before. i guess more than anything, i was surprised by the description

    Rob beat me to it, also JR's long lost brother from Florida showed up at his funeral & moved into his home. He wasn't fond of him from what he told me but he was never fond of anyone to begin with. Makes me wonder who has the Miura now?
