I have pictures of one off Alfas he had, one with a split window like the '63 Corvette, maybe built on a Disco Volante chassis I would have thought he would have ordered a Ferrari since he was so tuned in to Italian cars in the early '50s
Would you share the pictures of the Alfa? It´s a 3000Cm which started life as a berlinetta Colli, then rebodied by Boano. The Ferrari you mention is 0191EL. Kind regards. Cris.-
There's a 166MM that was supposedly built for Eva Peron... but that was just a ruse to get around officially importing the car into Argentina to race it...
