DON"T JUMP START IT!!! You may fry the dash board!!. I would remove the battery and chagre it with a good quality battery charger. Most of these have a built in trickel charger that kicks in once that battery has reached a full state of charge. The trickel just keeps it topped up. But before reinstalling..get the battery load tested at your local parts store. They should have the machine to do it for you and at no charge.

If the dead battery is not caused by some electrical problem, rather by lack of use, you might want to have a look at a "Battery Tender" (brand name). These are NOT intended to bring dead batterys around. They are intended for battery (charge) maintenance over long term storage. That's different than a trickle charger. I'm storing a 360 & SUV in Tahoe for 6 mos. at a time and the tender does a fine job. Check them out on the web. I have the "Tender +" model at ~$50. There are other brands; I've heard some horror stories about others (fires) but mine are A-OK. Comes w/ a pigtail wire that you can permanently attach to the battery so it's just a matter of plugging it in.
