Jumping out of reverse

Hi. I'm currently looking at purchasing my first Ferrari. I have found one that seems a good one but the only problem is that the reverse gear likes to jump out. It can be held in reverse by the gear stick if you hold it. Is this a deal breaker?? What could be the problem with it. Other gears seem fine.
Its a 83 QV Euro spec.

All sorted, turns out it was the shifter hitting the end of the gate shift, adjusted and all is good.
Looking forward to being a 308 owner.
