    Alex,
I`m looking forward to see more pics on those rainy days which will also come.
Hey its a great deal to rent a Ferrari and get the driving-feelings. Not many can do this! I know the rental prices and you must be a real Ferrari lover -respect!

Yeah, it costs me a bit, but it's totally worth it. Luckily, I share the costs with a friend. Makes it a bit more intresting :). Of course I always make sure I still can save enough to own one myself someday. But by renting it sometimes, I can enjoy the experience of driving such a wonderful car from time to time. I really need that, it makes the waiting a bit more easy :D

Can you rent your 355 again for our Switzerland Rally? Man, this would be amazing!!!! think about it, please!

Yeah, that thought already crossed my mind a couple of times... Would really love to do that... but I guess that story is a bit TOO expensive for me :(. Driving the rental F355 to Andermatt would cut my savings for my own Ferrari a bit too much, I'm affraid. But I promise I will join in for a drive-out with my own F-car some day :) !

    Good idea, Wolfgang.

BTW, renting such a car also has a bit of a negative side effect maybe!
I totally fell in love with the F355 now and therefore I'm maybe aiming to high for my first Ferrari-purchase... Mmm, don't know if that's exactly negative, but it's testing my patience more... :)

    Alex,

well said! Starting with such a high range was for me and most of my friends impossible. We all couldn`t wait till we have € 70K. Be bought our first Ferrari for € 25-40, drove it enjoyed it and saved more money for the second step.
And for sure in another 4-5 years we will go for the 3rd step....but still and never ever for the last:)
Once again (for me!) the way is the target! I don`t want to reach the target...no more dreams must be cruel - my thoughts;)

Yes, I've seen it. I probably will take a 7year rosso subscription. But I never used Paypal, so I think I'll pay by check. Still got some time, will do it later.
For how long did you subscribe?
On the other hand, I also wonder what permissions non-subscribers will lose?

You're probably right by subscribing only for 1 year for starters, to see how things evoluate here. I'm a bit affraid the extra Silver and Rosso forums will be a useless extra. What could be so special about it? I do like the consultants -idea. We'll see...

    Alex,

I believe Rob`s ideas are like he mentioned here:
    ____________________________________________
"From my perspective we're starting optional subscriptions because with almost 6,000 users and growing at 800 users a month I can't afford the time and money without introducing a revenue component directly inline with number of users. I was happy with 100 users only, but if we have 10,000 users, then I will at least have the resources to bring in help and justify my time.

From a users perspective many believe the quality of the postings will improve if there's a small token of entry into the site. It's still not finalized if posting privileges will be a feature removed from the Non Subscribed user group. The other benefit to users will be additional resources like professional writers, technical consultants, coupons/discounts and expanded functionality.

No big changes, no big extras. But I`m sure the trolls will leave us;)
More family style, more community feelings.
Let us see whats going on within the next year. Everything needs time to growe. I love fchat.com and support it as much sa I can do.....yes we must wait and see. €uro: 41,- is money yes, but not a big deal for so much fun, info and new friends I have met here in the past over this site.

    Alex,

yes, I`m still in my office. I have no computer in my private house.
Sometimes its a long, long day for me.
I`m here since 06:00a.m. doing business with Asian customers in the morning till 10:00a.m. Between 10:00a.m. and 18.009.m. usual daily European business with customers, phone calls and mails (around 300/day to answer) and after 18:00p.m. doing business with the USA till 22:00p.m....or open end.
But otherwise I can take off for 1, 2 or 3 days and I love my firm and job!

Wow, serious bussines and very long days then...
Loving your work is always very important, I guess.

My day ussually starts at 13u, 'till ...??? Mostly around 22, often later... Sometimes nothing to do, other moments too much to do. Depends on the news actually (newspaperjob). I also do a sundayshift every 3 weeks...

They had to wait for a part that had to be ordered. Then came the weekend. Should've got my car back today, but it didn't pass the testdrive after the service the way it should. Engine shuts at 3000 rpm, no accellaration,... :(
They have to look into it again... Not a joke...
