    Hello again fellow "F"-chatters,

By now you may have guessed that the 308GTB is undergoing some seriously needed maintenance....

I recenlty bought a set of Konis for the car but have no idea how to adjust them as they came with no instructions.

Can I call upon your experience again on how this works?

    Thank you again!

    Chris.

Koni give some information on their website
    http://www.koni.com/_cars/frame.html

It seems only the rebound is adjustable by depressing the damper to engage an internal fork type thing into a valve and rotating a certain amount. No idea how many turns though. Anybody know?

    hope this helps..

According to the ferrari tech on the "other" site, he says to set them in the middle setting. He says this will be a little on the stiff side initially, but they will settle in and be fine.

no idea on how many turns either. you'll just need to twist them around and around to lock and then count backwards. it could be somewhere around 3.5 turns IIRC but it's been quite a few years since I've had a set of konis.
