    I was walking through a forest on a nice sunny day
    When I noticed that on the road there was a sloth in my way.
    I turned and ran as fast as I could
    To try and get out of the perilous wood.
    The sloth it gained on me, no matter how fast I would run.
    I was running pretty fast, but this race would not be won.
    It finally caught me, and tore me like cloth,
    So now I ask, what is this cloth tearing sloth?


    I'll put up the answer (or let the person know if they're right) in a day or so.

    Perhaps you're referring to Choloepus didactylus - a relatively small fast-moving sloth.

    NNO, LAswede got it right. Its a sloth of bears. The term sloth means a group of bears, like say 3 brown bears that are looking at you like your a nice pile of salmon.

    Yes, it means its not a fat chick.

    Cool... i learn something new everyday; thanks, Eos... The only thing i know about sloths is that there's a 3-toed sloth called an 'ai'; good Scrabble word... :)
