Up here in Vancouver the rainy season just began and won't end until April. The roads where I live will be heavily salted starting in a couple of weeks if it is not raining. It really sucks when day time highs still reach 10 celcius/50 degrees and sunny but night time lows will briefly hit freezing temps and they overkill with the salt. My previous last drive was October 31st but one year the perfect day happened in January but that would be a once in ten year event. Anyway probably one more drive until next spring.

Just be glad that you'll get one more drive at least. Out here in Calgary we already have 10cm of snow, looks like the 360 won't be going anywhere until April :(

Heh. Down here storage season just ended (where it's too HOT to drive a classic Ferrari) and driving season has started :)

Supposed to snow maybe tonight and tomorrow. Probably won't stick. Then several days of sunny weather.

    Probably good until mid November.

It has been raining here in S. Oregon. The car is covered. If we get good weather when I'm home I'll pull it out. Don't know if it will be two weeks or two months. This time of year i try to pull it into the garage fully warmed up and every time I turn it off could be the last for a long time.

No salt and little snow here. I've driven the car in rain and snow but I live in such a small town now with no errands to run over 3 miles that it doesn't make sense to me to take it instead of my truck. Maybe in Jan I'll drive it 300 miles to visit my friend in central California.

Yeah, but we can't drive throughout the summer. Not without installing a cool suit.

(Edit: I see Tillman beat me to it.)

we're good til the first snow. Then, we'll have to wait for a good rain to wash away the salt and drive til the next snow.

How true. Here in the Atlanta area, I generally only drive my BB512i from late September to early June.

You're on about the same schedule as me, except realistically I wait until May because of all of the rocks and gravel left on the roads.

With all the rain you'd think it would wash away the salt so in the event of a sunny day you could take it out. I'd have it ready to go ;)

Really, you put it away because of a little snow and rain? Hmmm, I am slapping on the Sottozeros with winter rims Monday and then up to Crystal Mt. Tuesday - 2 feet of snow and still pounding. I did have to stop taking the Ferrari last year after we got 12 feet in one month; I actually could not even get the Bimmer up the hill

Got a dusting of snow last night. Did not stick on the roads.

It's snowing again this afternoon. Not sticking yet. 37F. A little too cool for top down motoring anyway. ;)

The sad reality was that most of the place ended being closed because of the amount snow. They had to dig out the chair lifts, crazy.

But 2 hours north of me is Mount Baker which set the world record for snowfall in 1999 at 95 feet. That was a goofy year of skiing.
