Sweet buy !! Congratulations that is a beautiful car !

Steve Harris Imports has really vamped up their facilities! They have an amazing inventory of "Vintage" Ferraris on their web site.. www.FerrariSales.com .

I think this warrants a trip over there to drool on those Daytonas !

Not to mention Sean, Tim and Mike are great guys!

    Enjoy the ride!

I know how that feels. I bought my car from them 4.5 years ago. Unforgettable experience...you'd never want to buy from another dealer again.

Congrats on the 550 Gary. Are "modular" wheels aftermarket?

Wonderful, now the trucker can drive the car to stripper bars on his way up north without having to gas up the car first :)

    Hi Ron,

No, they were factory option wheels for the 575Ms. I think they look very nice, so I'm going to leave them on the car.

Yep, under warranty until sometime in 2010. Not bad at all.

    Gary,

So Roy took care of the process as your "broker" per say and had a PPI performed... did you buy the car remotely or did you fly out to see for yourself? Just curious and exploring options.

Got any plans to add anything? Exhaust, etc? Or, are you going to keep it "as is".

It already has Tubi mufflers at the rear. They really generate some wild low frequency sounds when idling.

I'm considering pulling out the stock middle-section/resonator and installing an aftermarket X-pipe (Hyper-Flow, etc..). Quite a few 550 owners have reported better mid range performance and a better exhaust sound with the change.

I actually saw you TWICE today, both times on on HY 509; Northbound arround noon, and southbouund at 4:30.
The car looks great and it sounds great.

Yep.. I put a few miles on the new beast today. Drove down to Des Moines Marina, Alki beach, etc...

The car sure has lots of TORQUE and I'm still grinning.

    LOVE IT!
