Just bought my first. I am still in disbelief.

After several years of going back and forth on it, I just picked up my first F car. I am beyond elated and still don't believe I actually did it. I picked up a 2005 f430 F1 with about 35,000 miles on it. Had the chance to take it for its first drive yesterday . . . what a machine! I am sure I will be back with tons of questions as I come to them, but I am thrilled to be here. That's all, just wanted to share. Cheers!

Oh man, I was supposed to see this car on Friday at Chicago Motor Cars but the sales person contacted me early in the morning and told me the car had been sold! Congrats on the purchase!

I know the car was listed for about $115 K. If you don't mind telling us, what was the final price agree to? I'm just curious as to the market right now, and my search continues…

 

I offered 105 and they came back with 112. TBH, I think it was worth the 115 and probably would have paid that if they stood firm. It had a new clutch, throwout bearing and 2 year service ($15k total) 700 miles ago.

When I got my 360 I found myself opening the entry door to the garage from my kitchen just to admire it--- alot! After over six years I still have to look back at it when I park it anywhere

Enjoy it ! Every minute you own it.

 

Here you go. It still has the factory manifolds on it, so when they are replaced (soon) I hope it sounds even better.

Congratulations, totally agree on how you feel! Love mine and I too often go out in the garage just to look at Monica (named her after the hottest Italian girl Monica Bellucci). I think you got a very good deal I paid more for my 2007 with 35k on it and it also has a new clutch and such with a few more options and already had the fabspped cats and manifold on her.
