    ALL I have to say is wow...I know it resembles a minivan/station wagon
    but 469hp the cars fly's 4.8 0-60 times... and it rides like a s class...1st R55 off the line.

    The fastest Chrysler Pacifica ever! Actually, I think that it's a great car. Congrats!

    I drove an S600 all of last week and it is a great car. People can say what they want but Mercedes is making some fantastic cars, imho.

    Ha! Maybe I am just easily impressed but I think that the '06's are a lot better than what they were making 2 years ago. Although perhaps I won't feel the same way in a year. For right now, though, I'm sold (literally).

    I have a strong feeling that you would feel slightly differently if you come back out here and drive the new sled.

    Maybe you're right. There's no question they've made improvements over time. But a 300k - mile capable 80s SD it is not.

    Come on, Buddy. Do I look like a Soviet party official to you? I've known the entire time that I'll be getting rid of this car before the warranty expires. And that way I'll have a good MB experience. Maybe even good enough to get another one.

    Where did you find that pic? I looked at the MB website along with Kelly Blue Book and could only find R350 & R500.

    They do make it its a R550 sent to AMG in germany. Hold on ...............................yup its a a R55 and its in my garage.$45000 add on. but thanks for your wisdom
