In Bal Harbour, an elegant waterfront with fantastic unobstructed water views.
    - im in the states as we speak, and i've taken a few snaps of the property...

    i'll post them here.

Now all the place needs is a Ferrari. ;)

Nice ...that used to be Jennifer Lopez's house when she was in Bal Harbor.
I love the place from the water. The windows are just awesome in wood, although I think they are painted that way, correct?

Your house is a stone throw away from my office at 1111 Kane Concourse in Bay Harbor. My house (well....before the seperation) was in Surfside on the Lagoon, a few hundred yards south of your house.

As for the Ferrari...call me and we talk. That is the easy one. Finding a beautiful home like this is the hard part. :)

Beautiful, and very Italian-looking. That place needs a bunch of Ferraris!

Oh, thats not far..I dont know the area very well at all, but my eldest daughter lives in Aventura.
The windows are actual wood, but painted in that oak color, correct.

Yeah, I've been questioning whether we should bother to get a Ferrari here, if we will only be here in the fall and spring (3 weeks at a time?) after there it will become investment... We may buy a cabriolet or two, just to have while we're there...but a Ferrari needs driving! :)
Any suggestions for a cabriolet? im thinking something between 40-60 grand, in order to avoid financing... Perhaps the 2nd car can be something higher in price, but lets deal with one at a time...

Well you can have both...:) A 348 Spider would be the Ferrari for $ 60K and a convertible.

Other than this: a Porsche 911 Cabriolet, a Mercedes CLK Convertible or a used SL.
I can pretty much make arrangements for you on either one of those. If you have specific things you are looking for in a type of car we can do that. All the others, than the Ferrari, we buy at dealer auctions.

    Be in touch.

Okay Martin, thanks for the contact.... I should be here for a few more weeks, not sure yet. I might have to get back to the riviera, as my wife has interest in the 430spider, and there is apparently a waiting list..so we need to get on that list pretty soon.

A 348 would be quite nice for a Miami car, how mint is the one you are speaking of? For 60k, and a spider, thats not a bad deal at all... For a 2nd car we wouldn't need anything too flashy, perhaps a used (facelift) 996 cabriolet, if you still have them...

I'll give you an email either this evening or tomorrow,
    thanks again

    Hey, Mr. Moderator --

    How about a poll:

Should we allow Cochese (Rick) to meet, and perhaps woo, Carlo's daughter????

I have incriminating photographs that would probably prevent this from happening. However, for a small monthly fee I'm sure I could make the photos disappear...

Nice house btw. You should rent it out as a Scud party house. Anyone?

ROBIN!!! You said you deleted those pictures of me in the leather get-up. That guy was a buddy, NOT anything else.

  23. Gorgous house, I think the interior is simply amazing, you are from France correct ? I think a 2004 360 Spyder Rosso/Natrual with modulars and tubi + a S500 should suit you real well in Miami!!
