I saw a red 550 or 575, only saw rear from about 100 yards pulling off at the ferry terminal (Macau). I hear there are 6-7 Ferrari's on Macau. Any one of the owners here??? I am going to be working in Macau for the next few years, what a commute from the states! To much of a pain to bring my Stradale over, to bad, it will have to stay in the states and get driven every other month. I guess I can buy a Ferrari in Macau so when I am there I can have some extra fun.... Any one been to Macau or live there? Nice place, nice people, and holy crap the casino industry is crazy there!

Agree....when I traveled there, just see casinos all around. My travel guide said most young graduates there would like to have a job in casino.

The Sands Casino in Macau is the highest grocing casino in the world! Give it a few years and Vegas will start to feel the pinch of Macau. Then Ferrari will have a dealership in Macau!

If you include Macau, Taipa, Coloane and the 3 bridges you have some nice driving. Also you could get a visa and take a drive in main land China.

Its not just the casino industry that is crazy there!!! Drop by Macau from time to time when I am in Hong Kong on business. A very interesting place, though I would prefer to stay in HK and commute to Macau...

Macau is a very interesting place. I am thinking about buying properties there for investment. From what I understand, real estate has been experiencing double digit appreciation the last few years and expected to continue until at least 2010.

    Any thoughts?

As of right now the property value is flat line. Things will start to go up again in the next 12 months as all the New casino's finish construction. One place I am looking at buying 1-2 units is Pearl on the Lough. From what I hear there are a dozen or so new high rise units about to start construction. Price on more than a few of the the new ones will be 1MM or more per unit. If you have not been there just go an you will not belive the construction that is going on! 24/7 work work work....

There are many other crazy activites in Macau. I thought of getting a place in HK and comute 2-3 days to Macau, being its only $18USD per ferry ride, but it is almost double to live in HK. You can rent a 2800SQ Ft high rise condo with four bed rooms in a new building for around $2500USD in Macau, same in HK would be at least $4500USD.

Yes, I was looking at this one:

    http://www.manhattan-macau.com/

2300 sq ft, 24th floor, for HK$8.6M or around US$1.1M. Know anything about it? Was hoping to get something cheaper, I am just doing my research right now.

I looked at a place in the Manhattan, I think it was on 22nd floor, Very nice! There are three buildings, all the same as Manhattan. Manhattan has a few nice amenites, above the others. The buliding right next Manhattan that I looked at had same floor plan as the one on the 24th, should go for around HK$7.9M. I will be home late tonight and have all the info there on the properties I looked at. I will send you a PM...
