    Hi,

    I just picked up my 360 after having them do the major.
    Justin informed me that Jim Murphy (service manager) no longer works there.

    I was shocked.

    I wish all the guys there the best of luck.

    Bruce, I know you did. Was just trying to hear if you had the skinny. When I had work done at WWOC I think Steve was the service manager whom Jim replaced. Never met Jim, but it seams like he will be missed there from all the positive things said about him.
