    Furman,
I'm pretty jealous. We had record snows in December and none of it has melted. It just keeps blowing in my driveway. I last drove the Ferraris about 12/5. Today is about 8 degrees, howling winds and whiteout conditions.

    Best,
    Dave

    Really nice shovel. ;)

I last drove the Fcar jan 14th. We just got a foot of pow pow yesterday. Sunny today but another storm will drop another 6" to a foot starting a 5 PM. Great skiing though. Most snow I have ever seen. The piles on our parking lot are 15 feet high!

I took my 400 for a "spin" Sunday. Lots of torque in a V12!

Doesn't your other Ferrari have a snowflake on the sterring wheel? I thought that put it in Audi mode. Just kidding.

A white winter leads to a green spring.

It's pretty and our pinyons which have been drought stressed in recent years will benefit, but it's been really tough on the wildlife. Our resident antelope have tried to go down the valley, many dying and being hit by vehicles in the process. We don't know how many, if any, will make it back. Deer are dying off althoug we do have some of those to spare. Elk make out better. It's even worse in the Gunnison basin which is just over the divide from us.

Yeah, I still have about 2.5 feet of snow in my yard, and it just refuses to melt. Last week I had to pull my jeep out of the driveway with my truck! So, until I finish my 4x4 conversion on the Ferrari, I'll just have to wait for spring... :)

Speaking of snow and Ferraris, do they use mag chloride to de-ice the roads in Denver? It's nasty stuff on metal.

They do use mag chloride in Denver for the main streets:( But I think the worst I have ever seen it is on I-70. Nothing like getting stuck behind mag chloride truck just gushing the chloride out....

Drove the Fcar around the covered parking lot. Went outside on the heated driveway and looked at the public street which was solid white. I went back in the paking garage and parked and covered the car.

The skiing was fantastic yesterday. 5" of new powpow and sunny with no wind. Life is good. ;)
