Antares is small compared to VY Canis Majoris...he missed that one. Canis Majoris is the largest known star...large enough that its size would extend out to Jupiter if it were to replace the sun. It takes light a full 8 HOURS to circle that beast.

Great video for its info but he was a little unprepared I'd say.

 

I tried to explain this to someone last night. I said that the universe is so big, that human's can't even grasp it.

They didn't get it -- which I suppose is some kind of ironic point.

 

I guess you didn't bother to explain that its expanding.
